1. Mohammed was not really persecuted in Mecca. He was thrown out of town because he told people not to worship the old gods. The weaker followers got killed.

2. He fled to Medinah. In 630 A.D. he went back to Mecca with his army and concoured Mecca.

1.He was chosen to be the first since he said he would follow prophet Mohammeds steps. Many people liked Mohammed so that is why Abu Bakr was the first Muslim Caliph.

2.He united Arabia under his Faith, and he became the first muslim Caliph.

3. One of them is if people don’t want to fight in the war for God, God will kill them. The other one is if weakness spreads among the people God will bring disaster upon all of them.

1a.Umar was born in a Quarish family. He could read and write unlike Mohammed. Umar became a Caliph. He gave the people many rights, for example, “If you come to my office with a  complainment you will leave satisfied. Umar expanded Islam into more countries.

2a. He expanded Islam. This was important so that their religion would grow bigger and bigger.
